Redmi 10 Review

This is an amazing offering by the Redmi as it has one of the best specs and features at an affordable price. These specs are hard to find in other mobiles that are available in their price range. Obviously, the pros are much more as compared to the cons.

At such an affordable price the Redmi Company is providing the latest Android 12 OS with a super-efficient Snapdragon 680 processor which is excellent for smooth multi-tasking and smooth gameplay. The 6GB RAM is powerful enough to let the user even play heavy games without any problems and the 128GB internal memory gives enough space to save data that too with an expansion option of up to 1TB. The large and immersive HD touchscreen of 6.5-inch gives a nice cinematic viewing experience to the user. The Quad primary HDR camera setup of 50MP + 8MP + 2MP+ 2MP clicks HD photos and 4K videos and AI technology is very good at this price.

A massive 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging with 9W reverse charging does not let the user worry about charging again and again. There is no doubt that there are hardly any other mobiles that are available at such a price with so many latest features. AI Face unlocks and side-mounted fingerprint sensor gives secured and safe access to the user. It also has a dedicated micro SD card slot which means that the user can use 2 SIM cards along with an SD card. Unlike other non-Xiaomi brands, it has Infrared connectivity which is hardly available. Infrared connectivity is useful as it let the user use mobile as a remote for multiple devices.

However, it also has some cons like it also has a non-removable battery and also does not have wireless charging. It is also not water or dust resistant but it has Gorilla Glass screen protection. The major con is that it has an LCD touchscreen which might give glare when looked at from certain angles. Also, the front camera is just 8MP which is not so great hence it will not be liked by those who like to click lots of selfies and post on social media platforms.

The major con of this Redmi 10 is the front camera which is just 5MP and another major disadvantage is that it is not a 5G mobile so, after some time the user may have to replace it with the 5 mobile when it is launched in India or if want to use the 5G W-Fi network. It is also not water or dust resistant which means a lot of care needs to be taken care of especially in bad weather.

One more positive is that it has a sunlight screen with reading mode 3.0 which makes it easier for the user to comfortably read or look at the screen content outside or in bright sunlight. Apart from lacking the 5G network connectivity, it is one of the best smartphones in its range that has the latest Android 12 OS, 5000mAh battery and Quad primary camera along with all the sensors and connectivity options. Hence it would prove to be a good choice in case you are looking to buy a budget smartphone with gorgeous looks and powerful features.
